Well, it is a public garden built amid the Grade I-listed ruins of a church partly designed by Christopher Wren and largely destroyed during the Blitz. I'd say that's quite interesting. (To be fair, the guy admitted that he ate his lunch there every day, so he must have noticed something special about the place.)
